The following terms and conditions of use apply to the fitness and wellness services provided by FitwellHydro llc, a company registered in the state of New York. By accessing or using any of the services, you (“user”) agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions of use, which may be amended from time to time without prior notice. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use the services.
The services include, but are not limited to, the provision of fitness and wellness programs, classes, workshops, events, consultations, assessments, coaching, mentoring, advice, guidance, information, resources, materials, products and equipment. The services are delivered by qualified and experienced fitness and wellness professionals who are either employed by or contracted with FitwellHydro.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- You are responsible for your own health and wellbeing and that you have consulted with your doctor or other qualified health professional before accessing or using any of the services.
- You will follow the instructions and directions of the fitness and wellness professionals and comply with the rules and regulations of FitwellHydro and any venues where the services are delivered.
- You will inform the fitness and wellness professionals of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, medications or other factors that may affect your ability to participate in or benefit from the services.
- You will not access or use any of the services if you are suffering from any illness, injury or infection that may be contagious or pose a risk to yourself or others
- You will respect the rights, privacy and property of FitwellHydro, its fitness and wellness professionals and other users of the services.
- You will not engage in any conduct that is abusive, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory or otherwise unlawful or inappropriate.
- You will not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, rent, lease, loan, transfer or otherwise exploit any of the services or any content provided by FitwellHydro without its expressed written consent.
- You will not use any of the services for any commercial or illegal purposes or in any manner that may damage, impair or interfere with the operation or security of FitwellHydro or its fitness and wellness professionals.
FitwellHydro reserves the right to:
- You are responsible for your own health and wellbeing and that you have consulted with your doctor or other qualified health professional before accessing or using any of the services.

- You will respect the rights, privacy and property of FitwellHydro, its fitness and wellness professionals and other users of the services.

Other
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of New York. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of New York laws
