SWIMMING INSTRUCTOR
FITWELLHYDRO is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Swimming Instructor (Contractor) to deliver high-quality, engaging swim lessons to our diverse community. Share your passion for aquatic safety, skill development, and confidence-building in a supportive, structured learning environment. This role blends technical instruction, motivation, and individualized coaching to help participants of all ages thrive in the water.
You Will
- Teach safe, effective swimming lessons for babies, children, adults, and seniors
- Adapt instruction to various skill levels, learning styles, and comfort levels
- Create a positive, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment
- Promote water safety, proper technique, and confidence in the water
- Build rapport with students and help grow class and private-lesson participation
You Have
- Certification in swimming instruction or aquatic education (WSI preferred)
- Strong knowledge of swim technique, water safety, and skill progression
- Experience teaching group and/or private swim lessons
- Clear communication skills and a patient, motivating teaching style
- CPR/First Aid certification (required)
