PAINTING INSTRUCTOR
FITWELLHYDRO is seeking a creative, inspiring Painting Instructor (Contractor) to lead engaging, beginner-friendly painting sessions for our community. Share your passion for visual arts, creative expression, and emotional well-being in a warm, inclusive environment. This role blends artistic guidance, hands-on instruction, and supportive coaching to help participants explore their creativity and build confidence through art.
You Will
- Lead fun, accessible painting classes for all ages and skill levels
- Teach foundational techniques, color theory basics, and creative exploration
- Create a welcoming, judgment-free environment that encourages self-expression
- Adapt lessons to different abilities, interests, and learning styles
- Help build consistent attendance and community engagement
You Have
- Background in fine arts, art education, or related creative disciplines
- Experience teaching painting or leading art workshops
- Strong communication skills and a patient, encouraging teaching style
- Ability to guide beginners step-by-step while inspiring creativity
- CPR/First Aid certification (required)
