MUSIC INSTRUCTOR
FITWELLHYDRO is seeking a talented, inspiring Music Instructor (Contractor) to lead engaging, beginner-friendly music sessions for our community. Share your passion for rhythm, melody, and creative expression in a supportive, inclusive environment. This role blends musical instruction, emotional connection, and hands-on learning to help participants explore their creativity, reduce stress, and build confidence through music.
You Will
- Lead fun, accessible music classes for all ages and skill levels
- Teach foundational skills such as rhythm, listening, basic technique, and creative exploration
- Create a welcoming, judgment-free environment that encourages self-expression
- Adapt lessons to different abilities, interests, and learning styles
- Encourage creativity, focus, and emotional well-being through music
- Help build consistent attendance and community engagement
You Have
- Background in music education, performance, or related disciplines
- Experience teaching music or leading group music activities
- Strong communication skills and a patient, encouraging teaching style
- Ability to guide beginners step-by-step while inspiring creativity
- CPR/First Aid certification (required)
