GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR
FITWELLHYDRO is seeking a high-energy, motivating Group Fitness Instructor (Contractor) to lead dynamic, results-driven classes for our community. Share your passion for movement, wellness, and positive energy in an inclusive environment where participants of all ages and abilities feel supported and inspired. This role blends fitness expertise, coaching, and community engagement to help participants build strength, confidence, and joy through group exercise.
You Will
- Lead engaging group fitness classes (strength, cardio, HIIT, functional training, or specialty formats)
- Adapt workouts for various fitness levels, abilities, and goals
- Create a positive, encouraging, and inclusive class atmosphere
- Demonstrate proper form, technique, and safety throughout each session
- Motivate participants to stay consistent and celebrate progress
- Help build class attendance and community engagement
You Have
- Certification in group fitness, personal training, or related disciplines (ACE, AFAA, NASM, etc.)
- Experience teaching group classes in a structured setting
- Strong communication skills and an energetic, motivating teaching style
- Ability to modify exercises for beginners, seniors, and participants with limitations
- CPR/First Aid certification (required)
