Chair Yoga Instructor
FITWELLHYDRO is seeking a passionate Chair Yoga Instructor (Contractor) to deliver gentle, inclusive, and restorative yoga classes to our community. In this safe, land-based setting, you will share the benefits of yoga through accessible seated and standing-supported poses designed to support participants of varying abilities.
This role blends mindfulness, mobility, and overall well-being, offering a supportive practice that promotes strength, flexibility, and relaxation for all bodies.
You Will
- Lead gentle and supportive chair yoga classes in a land-based environment
- Guide participants through seated and standing-supported poses
- Create a calming, inclusive, and welcoming class atmosphere
- Build a following and grow class attendance through an approachable and adaptable teaching style
You Have
- A degree or certification in yoga or fitness instruction
- Experience teaching chair yoga or gentle yoga
- A strong understanding of anatomy, modifications, and inclusive teaching practices
- A calm, clear, and encouraging teaching style
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
