Description
Navy Test Prep is a high-intensity, results-driven program designed for
candidates preparing for the U.S. Navy, Coast Guard, Police, or Fire
Department swim tests. Our certified instructors, experienced in military
swim test preparation; provide focused, disciplined training that simulates
real test conditions. Each session combines cardiovascular conditioning,
stroke efficiency, and timed performance drills to ensure you can
confidently execute every test component, from underwater swimming to
timed treading.
Focus / Goals:
1. Building the specific stamina for timed swims and treads.
2. Mastering breath control for underwater distance swimming.
3. Executing all test components with precision under pressure.
Skills Mastered:
· Timed 400-yard swim using front crawl and breaststroke
· Treading water for 3+ minutes without using hands
· Underwater swim of 25+ yards on one breath
· Abandonment drill (jumping from a platform in flight gear)
What to Bring:
A swimsuit, towel, and goggles are required. A water bottle is critical for
hydration.
Class Size & Format:
Small group (maximum 5 participants). This ensures a disciplined
environment with direct instructor feedback.
Recommended Frequency:
2-3 times per week is recommended for optimal performance improvement.
