Where do your sessions take place? Do I have to travel?
We bring our services directly to you! Most of our fitness, wellness, and safety programs are held at your home pool, condo gym, or facility. Some of our swimming programs and aqua fitness are available at selected local locations.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Clients are permitted one (1) complimentary reschedule per registration. This policy does not apply to cancellations for inclement weather, which FITWELLHYDRO will reschedule based on available time slots.
What types of organizations do we work with?
We provide our services to a wide range of groups and individuals. Our clients include: corporate & healthcare (offices, hospitals), educational & community (schools, churches, non-profit organizations), residential (condominiums, residential buildings), private clients (individuals and families)
Can corporate or group programs be arranged?
Absolutely. We specialize in bringing tailored fitness, wellness, and aquatic safety programs directly to your organization. From on-site yoga classes to lifeguard services for your pool, we build partnerships that enhance employee well-being.
Do I need my own equipment?
Not at all. We provide all the necessary equipment for your sessions. All you need to bring is yourself and your motivation!
What ages do you work with?
We provide programs for all ages and stages of life. Our clients range from babies as young as 6 months getting acclimated to the water, to adults improving their fitness, to seniors enjoying safe, low-impact aquatic training.
Are our instructors certified?
Yes, absolutely. All our trainers and instructors are fully certified. Your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least one to two weeks in advance to secure your preferred time slot, especially for popular times. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests based on instructor availability.
How much do our services cost?
Pricing varies based on the program, group size, and session length. We provide clear, upfront pricing after your free consultation, once we understand your specific needs. We offer competitive rates and packages for both individuals and organizations.
